Sakina Home and Education Center for Girls is a transformative project undertaken by the Muslimahs for Change Foundation. The project aims to provide a loving home and quality education to young orphan girls in Kenya. (Reproduction Health and Education, Period Poverty): The inability to afford menstrual hygiene products is a prevalent issue in Africa, affecting millions of women and girls. This lack of access to essential menstrual supplies leads to a range of negative consequences, including; School absenteeism, Health risks, and Social stigma. The Ruby campaign aims to address period poverty and promote sexual reproductive health in Africa by Increasing access to menstrual hygiene products, Empowering women and girls, Promoting gender equality and Strengthening healthcare systems.
